Consulting and fractional engineering

Production help that holds up.

Alongside GreenRoom, I help a small number of teams reduce launch risk in production AI and data systems.

Clear ways to work together.

Start with the smallest engagement that can reduce uncertainty.

Senior delivery capacity for agencies.

Bring me in when a client engagement needs applied AI, data architecture, or backend depth your core team cannot spare.

A short path to a real decision.

  1. Fit callFifteen minutes to establish the problem, urgency, and decision owner.
  2. Production TriageThree days to identify the highest-leverage technical move.
  3. DeliveryA bounded sprint, fractional support, or a clean recommendation to stop.

Common questions, answered up front.

How do you get access to our system?

A read-only repository invite and one architecture conversation are enough to start. I work inside your infrastructure, credentials stay in your secrets manager, and access is revoked when the engagement ends.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. A mutual NDA is standard before any code or data access.

What if the triage finds nothing serious?

Then you receive documented evidence that the system is sound: a verified architecture snapshot, confirmed strengths, and a ranked list of minor items. A clear recommendation to proceed as planned is a valid and useful outcome.

How does the $1,500 credit work?

The full triage fee is credited toward any implementation sprint that starts within 30 days of the walkthrough call.

Where are you based and how do you work?

Fully remote on US Eastern time, with working overlap for US and European teams. Communication runs through your existing channels.

Who owns the work?

You do. Reports, code, and documentation produced during an engagement belong to you under work-for-hire terms.

What stacks do you cover?

Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript and Next.js, Kafka, Snowflake, Redis, and AWS. I work in your stack rather than imposing mine. The triage examines what exists.

What is keeping the system from shipping?

Send the problem, timeline, and desired outcome. I will respond with the most useful next step.
